Dr. Mekhail, an associate dentist at Neal Dental Care, grew up in Northern Virginia and earned his Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery in 2021 at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Mekhail also attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program (AEGD) at Interfaith Dental Clinic in Nashville, Tennessee, and worked as an associate dentist in Charlottesville, VA.
Dr. Mekhail understands the level of stress and anxiety most patients experience when they visit the dentist. Thus, Dr. Mekhail takes time to welcome each new patient, make his patients feel comfortable, and explain the necessary treatment plan needed for each patient. Dr. Mekhail implements the latest, top-notch dental technology in his treatment plan to provide our patients with the best, most affordable, and high-quality dental work.
In his free time, Dr. Mekhail enjoys teaching and recording music. He also enjoys serving in his church in Centreville, VA.

Her passion for the field and unwavering commitment to patient care led her to pursue further education. In 2016, she earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Northern Virginia College, followed by a Certificate in Dental Hygiene from Howard University in 2018. Her dedication culminated in 2021 when she achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University. Followed by a Certificate in Oral facial Mayofouncional Therapy in 2022 at Academy of Oral facial mayofunctional Therapy (AOMT)

Joanne began her career as a dental assistant in 2018. She loved the interactions she had with the patients and decided to pursue her career in dental hygiene in order to help more people in her community. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2022 and has been working at Neal Dental Care ever since. She is currently trying to pursue a higher degree in dentistry. Her goal as a dental hygienist is to provide detailed care for the patients in hope that her patients can understand the importance and connection between oral and overall health. During her free time she loves spending time with her family and friends. Quality time is very important.
