Rose's professional journey in dentistry began in 2007 at Neal Dental Care (formerly Gainesville Family Dental Center), where she started as a dental assistant. Her passion for the field and unwavering commitment to patient care led her to pursue further education. In 2016, she earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Northern Virginia College, followed by a Certificate in Dental Hygiene from Howard University in 2018. Her dedication culminated in 2021 when she achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University. Followed by a Certificate in Oral facial Mayofouncional Therapy in 2022 at Academy of Oral facial mayofunctional Therapy (AOMT)

Joanne began her career as a dental assistant in 2018. She loved the interactions she had with the patients and decided to pursue her career in dental hygiene in order to help more people in her community. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2022 and has been working at Neal Dental Care ever since. She is currently trying to pursue a higher degree in dentistry. Her goal as a dental hygienist is to provide detailed care for the patients in hope that her patients can understand the importance and connection between oral and overall health. During her free time she loves spending time with her family and friends. Quality time is very important.
